A Couple of Ways to Say Thanks (and a cool video)

LL said 'no tequila stories for you'
Well I escaped from the last post with my dignity and reputation intact. We came close to the required number of posts for me to disclose an embarrassing story from my past. Thankfully some of you spared me the shame of having to broadcast this to the entire world.
And I can tell you that I did in fact produce this less than flattering recollection of college days gone bad. Considering how the occasional rant or contraversial article gets a few more people riled up each time maybe it's best to leave that story buried in my memory where it shall stay.
So that previous post had a couple of objectives. First of all it was to provide you with information and content regarding agave nectar.  Some of you mentioned seeing this product on the store shelf and a few others were brave enough to admit that you had in fact tried it.
That's alright. The whole point of this blog is to provide you with content, information and resources to make tomorrow better than today. That might be related to fitness, performance or the rehab of an injury. And it could be related to your training, nutrition or recovery. I'm doing my best to seek out the simplest, safest, most effective ways to provide you with the best results for you efforts. Hence our motto 'always moving forward'.

I've just got a couple more things to cover here before I sign off for the weekend.
The first is a favour I'd like to ask of you. You see many of you email me and tell me how much what we're doing here has helped you. Or you might pass along your feedback in the comments section. Or at the hockey game, a movie or Costco. And I really appreciate the fact that you are benefitting from my efforts.
And while you are sharing your appreciation some of you have asked what you can do for me. And after some thought here's what I came up with.

1. Share this with others. I try and learn the best info and pass it along. If you know someone you feel would benefit from this content have them send me an email and I'll include them in the delivery.

2. Post a comment. We have a variety of healthy experts reading this. If you have something to add to a post please make sure to leave a comment and further the discussion. For example when I talked about gluten a while back many of you replied with some excellent resources that I didn't have. By posting these comments on the blog you ensure that your great feedback is available for all and not just me.
That's it! Those two things would be very helpful, so thanks.
Before you go here's a video I think you'll like. If you need some motivation to get going check out the following. It's called 'People Are Awesome'. Very inspiring.

Anny: Thanks for feedback. People are amazing. Makes us rethink what we're all capable of and aspire for more, doesn't it?

Hey Chris,

Wow! Holy Smokes! That video was awesome! Thanks for sharing!

As well, thanks for yet another thoughful and thought-provoking article. I gotta say thanks for your on-going commitment to staying informed and on the cusp of research and development in your field. I get to benefit from all your insights gained through your dedicated efforts to be as educated as you are.
Woohoo - vicarious smarts with no late night papers to right! I'll take that!

I know your legions of fans are likely feeling a little blue lately, (not just due to a sad day in Riderville) but since many will never know 'that tequila incident'.

In lieu, may I offer a video among my own favourites?
In addition to being irresistable, it has a great message, and on that, I think, is ccompletely in keeping with the philosophy of Okanagan Peak Performance. Check out the link and I give you permission to share this lil gem in a future post! (hint!hint!) A simple nod to WW will suffice.

There are a lot of graduation party decorations to select at local party supply store, you’ll haven't any problem finding
an exciting and festive look. Each kind of retirement party is depending
on two different theme styles. The celebrant can be generally
required to produce a speech, which often begins while using phrase "today I am a male".
