We approach athletic training with three goals in mind. The best ability for an athlete is availability and we want to ensure the athlete has as opportunity to develop and express their talent as much as possible. Our intake process includes a thorough interview and movement screen to indentify weak links and sources of potential injury.
Goal number one is to minimize the potential for injury.
Next we want to help the athlete to excel in their sport. This may include increasing mobility, flexibility, core stability, strength, power, speed, energy system development, recovery strategies and more.
Lastly, athletes play to win but not everyone can hoist the trophy overhead. With that in mind we look instill healthy habits that will allow the athlete to play their sport as long as they choose with optimal health.
