My name is Trevor Lofstrom and I was born in Nelson, B.C. but have grown up in West Kelowna since 2006. I played baseball, hockey, and lacrosse growing up but ultimately choose baseball. That eventually led to going down to the United States to continue playing baseball. I played locally for the Okanagan Athletics until I graduated high school. I went to El Paso Community College right after high school before coming back to play at Okanagan College, I then finally attended Southwest Baptist University in Missouri where I obtained a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Sports Enhancement degree. The reason why I got into this industry is because I love helping people achieve their goals and promoting an active healthy lifestyle. While I was still an athlete I really enjoyed the process of working out and achieving performance and strength goals. I also really enjoy working with athletes to help their performance in their respective sports. I am currently working towards my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In my time away from the gym I enjoy listening to country music, spending time with friends, hiking, roller blading and golfing.
